อายุ 15 ขึ้นไป ทานครั้งละ 3 เม็ด หลังอาหารเย็น ตามด้วยน้ำอุ่น
อายุ 11-14 ปี ทานครั้งละ 1 เม็ด หลังอาหารเย็น ตามด้วยน้ำอุ่น
อายุต่ำกว่า 11 ปี ห้ามรับประทาน   หญิงมีครรภ์ ห้ามรับประทานนะคะ
